" In 1607, this beautiful residence was the property of noble Imbert du Roy, sieur of Saint Victor la Coste. The house covered an area of 104 m2. It was here that the Saint Firmin leprosarium was located. In 1667, the property passed to Daniel Saurin, who extended the house by 40 m2 and also built the 24 m2 gallery and the staircase. 1

A spring in a pretty cave at the foot of the main building supplies the automatic watering system for the lower part of the grounds. A borehole in the upper part supplies the water network for the swimming pool and the watering system for the upper part.
