O Shower room (3.00 m x 1.92 m) – with shower tray, washbasin, toilet and heated towel rail. O Kitchen (4.02 m x 2.17 m) – with sink, base units o Dining room (2.87 m x 3.00 m) – trompe l'oeil painted by the landlady around the window. - Outside: o A workshop with two rooms of approximately 18 m² and 9 m², o An outdoor wooden storage space (6.63 m x 4.68 m).
