We love that this charming, light-filled house is ready-to-move into, plus it’s in a great location so close to the centre of Lectoure. The big garden, terraces and hillside aspect on the southern side of the town means there’s both an incredible view and a feeling of peace and tranquillity. We also love the décor – it’s understated but cosy and the mix of wooden cladding with original stone walls and modern fittings is hugely appealing. Once through the gates it feels private and calm, and having the option to extend to the side by knocking through the lounge offers an opportunity to turn this one-bedroom house into a family home.
