With a separate entrance from the garden, the gite is made up of an open plan living, kitchen, dining area, two bedrooms and a shower room with Wc.
The garden has raised beds for growing some veggies, a magnificent magnolia tree and a shaded area between the road and the hedge by the pool which is a full 10m long and has an automatic Ph and chlorine system.
The whole house has had a major renovation in the last 10 years, electricity, plumbing, new kitchens and bathrooms, creation of the gite, there is a water softener, fibre optic connection and three separate hot water heaters.
The roof was revised in 2022. There is no insulation in the attic area and it has a magnificent beam structure with enough height to walk under the beams so there is a project there for somebody! Alternatively roll out the insulation and easily improve the energetic rating.
